Exploring Exodus
Exploring Exodus is a verse by verse study of one of the most important books in the Old Testament.  Join us to learn how God established the nation of Israel and prepared them for their crucial role as His chosen people through whom the promise of salvation for mankind would be kept alive until the long awaited coming of the Messiah.  (Pastor White - Main Bible Class Room )

I Corinthians– The Challenge of Consistent Christian Living in a Sinful World:
Discuss The Kind of Issues Which Confront Every Christian Today.  (Pastor White - Main Bible Class Room )

A Christian Family In Today’s World
This discussion oriented class is designed to review the three lessons from the preceding Sunday’s  service and apply them to the challenges which confront parents and families every day.  Parallel passages are introduced to allow Scripture to be its own interpreter.  The emphasis in this class is on the application of Bible truth in a way that will strengthen and renew the participant’s faith.  (Dana Gerard, ECE Building, Rm. B109 )

The Lutheran Confessions
(Younger adults, young-at-heart and singles) Many interpretations of the Bible focus on things other than our Lord Jesus Christ.  That's why we need the clarity provided by the Lutheran Confessions.  The Lutheran Confessions were developed out of a genuine expression of concern with the false and misleading teachings which obscure the glory and merit of our Lord Jesus Christ.  The Lutheran Confessions clearly confess and bear witness to the truths of God's Holy Word which reveal the glorious Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Learn how these unconditional confessional affirmations in words are as understandable and poignant today as they were when they were written.  We will learn the history and development of the Lutheran Confessions and learn their relevance for the everyday life of a Christian.  In the wide-ranging discussions of this class you may be surprised to learn how many other people are asking the same questions that you are and how the Word of God can offer solid, reliable answers to those questions.  Come join us. (James Kriegel, Main Classroom Building, Rm. C103 )

The Bethel Bible Series - Old Testament
“Creation and Its Concepts” – “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth,” (Gen. 1:1). This is the magnificent theme on which the Bible begins. All creation is linked with a Creator. A world is born. A universe is fashioned in which there is plan, purpose, and direction. Behind this majestic venture stands an almighty CREATOR-GOD, who has the power to mold a world out of void and nothing less. (Herb Peterson, Main Classroom Building, Rm. C102 )

Romans
Study the New Testament’s foremost presentation of the gospel of salvation! We will examine St. Paul’s magnificent letter to the Romans, which led Martin Luther to faith in salvation by grace and began the Reformation. Imagine what it can do for you! Receive a copy of Pastor White's commentary which is the basis for our study. (Joe Ytuarte & Robert Sanford, East Room, Church )

The Book of Hebrews

In this women’s Bible study we will read and discuss the letter to the Hebrews following a study guide. (Merri Schoppe, Family Room, Church )

Facing the Challenges of Today
This class is designed for college students and college aged young adults.  The class will focus its discussions on the unique challenges and temptations which confront Christians at this point in their lives in and out of the classroom.  How can you respond to challenges and questions like: “Faith is just a crutch!”  “The Bible is a myth!” Christians are judgmental and intolerant!”  “Everyone must find their own version of the truth!” “Jesus was just a man!”  Imagine a sustained assault leveled at you personally by peers or even professors.  How would you hold up?  What would you say?  Please join us.  Share your experiences and ideas and be strengthened by others who are being confronted the same way you are.  God’s Word, the Gospel of Christ and the fellowship of your fellow Christians will renew your faith and equip you to stand firm.  Whether you are in school, working, or just taking some time off, this is the class for you.  (Stephen Schoppe, Main Classroom Building, Rm. C106 )
