Cooking Team

Holy Smokers is the official OSL cooking team. These men and women are dedicated to perfecting the art of grilling. Whether it be bar-b-q chicken, smoked brisket, deep-fried turkey, or any number of culinary delights, the Holy Smokers always deliver, and their food is cooked to perfection.
Throughout the year, the Holy Smokers cook meats to serve as fundraisers for various causes which arise. They traditionally have briskets, chickens, and pork tenderloins at certain times of the year for sale, so check back often so you don't miss out, and read the Sunday bulletin for the latest news and order forms.

Independence Day  Orders! Deadline June 27th

Celebrate the birth of our nation while supporting OSL’s outreach to tell our community about the Birth of our Savior!
Pre-order your 100% cooked-to-perfection brisket (approx. 12-15 lbs. each) and and pork loin (about 5 lbs. each).
Deadline for ordering is Tuesday, June 27.
To reserve your brisket or pork loin, please complete this form, pre-pay for your order, and give it to Sarah Baughman (in the church office).
All orders must be picked up on Saturday, July 1 between the hours of 4:00 to 6:00 pm from the pit area in the back of the OSL Campus.
Orders not picked up by 6:00 pm will be left in the school cafeteria kitchen with your name on it.
Make checks payable to OSL, with “nativity” in the memo.
