Cooking Team

Holy Smokers is the official OSL cooking team. These men and women are dedicated to perfecting the art of grilling. Whether it be bar-b-q chicken, smoked brisket, deep-fried turkey, or any number of culinary delights, the Holy Smokers always deliver, and their food is cooked to perfection.
Throughout the year, the Holy Smokers cook meats to serve as fundraisers for various causes which arise. They traditionally have briskets, chickens, and pork tenderloins at certain times of the year for sale, so check back often so you don't miss out, and read the Sunday bulletin for the latest news and order forms.
*Smoked Turkeys are $60 each (checks payable to OSL (memo: turkey). All Turkeys must be picked up on Wednesday, November 22nd , 3:00 to 5pm at the pit back in maintenance area (northeast corner of the property). Any turkeys not picked up by 5pm will be left in the school kitchen with your name on it. Order deadline was Nov 19.
